Terms of Service

Pivot AI Solutions, LLC operates call handling and text messaging for the dealerships listed below. These terms cover those calls and messages.

They do not cover your purchase, service, or warranty relationship with a dealership. That is between you and them.

The sender is the dealership, not Pivot. When you get a call or a text about your service visit, it comes from the dealership whose service department you contacted. Pivot builds and runs the system that delivers it.

Each dealership is a separate business. Consent you give to one does not extend to another, and stopping messages from one does not stop the other.

You do not need to agree to anything to call, and nothing here limits your rights as a customer.

Two things are worth knowing. Your call may be answered by an automated assistant and is recorded — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to that recording.

And the assistant cannot book you in. It takes down what you need and passes it to a service advisor, who will follow up to confirm. Nothing it says is a confirmed appointment, a price, a promise about how long work will take, or a statement about what is covered under warranty. Only a service advisor can commit to those.

Messages are sent only to people who asked for them, and only about their own service visit. Reply STOP to stop them or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of having your vehicle serviced, and you can withdraw at any time without affecting the work.

We do not guarantee the phone assistant or messaging will be available without interruption. If it is unavailable, contact the dealership directly.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.
